Overall Appearance: Malfatto wears the traditional garb of a Renaissance dottore. His dark robe is heavy set and made of thick material coated in wax (to help prevent contraction of the plague and other illness), the front is buttoned with heavy metal clasps, his shoulders are covered by a thick leather mantle with large buttons decorating the outer edges, his sleeves are bound in cloth at the upper arm, the forearm having a distinct criss-cross pattern with buttons and chord. He wears custom leather gloves that are stitched together with thick leather ribbons. His head is covered with the same dark material as his robe, though thinner to prevent over-heating, and is topped by his custom black hat. His white beaked mask is an old-styled, primitive gas mask, herbs and other fine scents stuffed into the end of the beak to ward off the smell of decay and infection. The lenses are either tinted black, red, or green, though most often clear and are surrounding/connected by blackened metal. His belts are buckled around his waist and carry multiple leather pouches to hold his various materials and containers, as well as fitted vial holders and a "holster" for his syringe. He also wear knee-high leather boots which have an extra layer of leather stitched to the front to cover his knees.

Secrets: No one knows his real name, nor does anyone associate his doctor uniform with his every-day appearance without it. (People simply do not know who he is, even Cesare.)

Personality: Malfatto is a very collected figure. He is patient, he is observant. He is quiet and calculating, because he is a dottore and doctors should always be confident in their abilities. When not donning his doctor gear, he can act as he wishes though his cynical outlook on life is still apparent. It is not to say he doesn't know how to smile, however, though it may be rare to be genuine. He strives to live for his work, and his work bases around his distinct hatred for Courtesans.
